This course is linked to the study on improving the efficiency of the transport system in urban nodes of the TEN-T core network, carried out by Rupprecht Consult together with PricewaterhouseCoopers Italy and Panteia, on behalf of DG MOVE. 

The main goal of the study is to enhance the urban dimension of the trans-European transport network (TEN-T programme). The specific objectives of the study are:

1. to identify cost-effective measures to improve the efficiency of the transport system in urban nodes of the TEN-T core network;
   
2. to draft recommendations on how to improve and replicate those identified measures within most of the 89 European urban nodes.
