1. Public law companies

bus Depending on the form of the legal system, public law companies may be an alternative to a private law company, especially at the operational level.

This may provide better taxation conditions in the case of subsidy transfers through the MPTA. VBB (Berlin-Brandenburg) and VRR (Rhein-Ruhr) in Germany are both currently run as Public law companies (Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts).
