This message isn't specific to public transport organisation but I think it will be of interest to you. Since you're here and taking this course, we assume you're interested in helping to advance sustainable mobility and in receiving data to support your work. The EVIDENCE project is looking for the best available data on the economic, social and environmental costs and benefits of (more) sustainable transport measures and initiatives (see attached doc for details).
They will also provide you with their analysed research proving the economic benefits of sustainable transport, which I'm sure could be valuable for your work in your cities as well.
